Skin Concern
Dull Skin & Pigmentation Clarkson
Uneven tone, sun spots, or skin that's lost its glow? Pigmentation has a few different causes, and we'd rather be upfront about what we can genuinely help with.
What's Going On
Why Skin Loses Its Radiance
Pigmentation and dullness can come from a few different places: years of sun exposure, the natural effects of ageing, or hormonal factors, to name the common ones. Often it's a combination, and it can show up as sun spots, uneven tone, or skin that just looks tired and less radiant than it used to.
Because the cause varies so much from person to person, so does the right approach. We'd rather have an honest look at your skin in a consultation at our Clarkson clinic and talk through what's realistic for you, than make promises that don't hold up once you're actually in the chair.
Being Upfront With You
What We Can Genuinely Offer
We don't currently offer a dedicated, targeted pigmentation correction treatment on our menu, and we'd rather say that plainly than stretch something else to fit. What we do offer is LED light therapy, a gentle treatment that can support your skin's overall tone, calmness and glow over a course of sessions. It isn't a substitute for a treatment specifically designed to break down pigment, so if sun spots or uneven patches are your main concern, we'll be honest with you about that at your consultation, and happy to point you toward a better-suited option if that's not us.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not at the moment, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than oversell something we don't genuinely offer. LED light therapy can support your skin's overall tone and glow as part of a broader routine, but it isn't a targeted pigmentation-correction treatment. If pigmentation is your main concern, we're happy to have an honest conversation about that at a consultation, including whether another provider or a dermatologist might be a better fit.
